Captain's Briefing Program
Cummins is proud to offer an introduction to your new engine power package through a Captain's Briefing. During a Captain's Briefing, a trained, qualified Cummins technician will visit customers at their vessel at a specified time to give important information on engine package, controls, maintenance schedule and procedure, and engine registration details for warranty benefits inclusion.
A Captain's Briefing also includes information on the local distributor and service provider. All this information comes to you in a binder to keep on the vessel, so everything is at the customer's fingertips, when they need it.
